What this practice offers
Three distinct areas of specialized care — each grounded in evidence, each designed to help you move forward with clarity.
OCD Therapy
Treatment that actually works for OCD
OCD responds to a specific approach: Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). General talk therapy isn't designed for OCD and can reinforce the cycle. Specialized ERP helps you move toward your life rather than away from your fears.
Learn about OCD treatment →Anxiety Treatment
Care for anxiety that won't let up
Chronic worry, panic, social anxiety, and specific fears all respond to evidence-based treatment. The goal isn't to eliminate discomfort — it's to help you build a different relationship with it so it stops running the show.
Learn about anxiety care →Psychological Assessment
Clarity when you need answers
A comprehensive evaluation — clinical interview, standardized testing, written report, and feedback session — gives you and anyone supporting you the clearest possible foundation for moving forward.
Learn about assessment →Serving California — wherever you are
All three services are available via telehealth throughout California. For those in Los Angeles, in-person sessions are also available.
Telehealth isn't a compromise. Research supports its effectiveness for OCD and anxiety treatment — and for many people, it's the more accessible, more comfortable option.
About the practice
Specialized care, not generalist support
Dr. Flanigan-Landeros OCD & Psychological Services is a specialized practice — not a generalist one. That distinction matters. OCD, anxiety, and psychological assessment each require a specific clinical skill set, and this practice is built around exactly that.
If you've tried therapy before and it didn't quite fit, it may not have been the right kind. There's a different path available.
Insurance & fees
In-network with major California plans
Optum, Blue Shield of California, Aetna, and Carelon Behavioral Health. Superbill provided for out-of-network reimbursement.
